Message	i paid $425 for the leader gears to get installed on my z, that's including the guy taking the diff out, switching the gears and putting the right shims in, new gaskets (RINGS) in the diff and crush sleeve and some synthetic lube. the gears have barely to any noise, maybe just slightly on decel. but honestly, i didn't feel as much a jump with the gears as i was anticipating. maybe i was expecting to much. don't get me wrong they're great but i was just expecting them to be ridiculously different from my stock gears. and yes i did count the ring and pinion on my stock setup and it was 3.69 and the new ones were 4.10.
